I called and set up a deep cleaning for a move out. I let her know what I needed and made reference to the walls and doors that were glass being cleaned and wiped she assured me she understood. The day of the cleaning she told me that she was running late and I didnt have an issue with that being that i was not at the house and wouldnt be there till friday so i could remove few items and review the work. I was so dissapointed the few things i needed her to do were left alone. I did reach out to her to ask her about it and said she did it. Well the doors were not cleaned, the walls were not wiped the oven still had spots that were dirty. the floor in the dinning room was not swept or mopped. I spent hours on my hands and knees cleaning with water and a rag. She originally had quoted me a price and because i wanted the walls and doors wiped and cleaned "deep clean" it was more. I feel that when i reached out to her to tell her and show her the photos of her supposedly "work "she would have a least refunded the part that was "deep clean" as she did not fufill that part. Instead I never got an im sorry or is there anything I can do. I would not recommend this company.
