- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You'll receive a message back from me rather promptly followed by a text/phone consultation. There's a 50% deposit required to book your session and the remaining balance is due on the day of at your convenience.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend reviewing the portfolios of the photographers you are interested in hiring to verify you like their style and quality. Also, to discuss your vibe and desired outcome thoroughly with your photographer to give them a great concept in advance. This will increase the efficiency on the day of your session.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Any goals you may have. Have them all written down before talking to the pro so you can get all the details you need. Also, review the pros websites and social media prior to reaching out because you may find some of those answers there.
