- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on how prepared you are for a website and how complex the goals you have for the website are. The best bet is to call and discuss your particular needs and we can always work with you and the budget you have to get you where you need to be online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we meet over the phone and get a feel for each other which usually goes very well. This allows both parties to understand what is required in order to move forward with a design. If potential clients are within close range we do get together when necessary to transfer files, go over ideas, and just to get to know each other a bit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing websites since before Google was even heard of. Intranet was a lot different than what we have today but being involved throughout the years from the very start of this all to present day now going on 28 years has provided experiential knowledge that no college could teach. My degree in design came 19 years after being in the field which made it a very easy task to accomplish the Deans List.
