This always includes all labor, sorting, loading, and disposal or recycling fees. We provide a transparent, upfront quote before any work begins, so there are never any hidden costs or surprise fees. We also offer a senior and military discount of 10% off any full truckload service. The pricing typically depends on the volume of junk being removed, often measured in terms of truckloads. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins when you schedule a convenient appointment online or over the phone. We provide a friendly confirmation call or text 15 to 30 minutes before our team arrives at your location. Once on-site, you simply point to the items you want removed, and we will give you a firm, all-inclusive price. If you accept the quote, our team will safely load the items right then and there, sweep up the area, and haul everything away. Consultation and Needs Assessment : A representative will discuss the customer's needs, asking questions about the type and volume of junk to be removed. This helps in providing a more accurate estimate. Scheduling an Appointment : Once the customer is ready to proceed, they can schedule a convenient time for the junk removal team to come to their location. Free On-Site Estimate : On the appointed day, the team arrives to assess the junk in person. They provide a free, no-obligation estimate based on the volume and type of items to be removed.
