- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a free consultation meet n greet for all new customers. I also have a referral program for new/existing customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always knowing their requests and everything that would be needed to know while they are gone. That way I know what and how their animal needs to be taken care of. That way they can trust me for the future visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been raised around animals as a very young child to this current day. Life if not complete without a furry companion.
