About Carapellatti & Company Home Improvement

How does your service stand out?

Our work is always finished down to the final detail. We are perfectionists in everything we do at home and at work. Our grandfather taught us that if you do good work people will remember you for good things, and if you do bad work people will only remember the bad things about you. We also guarantee our work for 5 years after the day of completion. We are always attentive to the homeowners needs, and make it the highest priority to get the job done right the first time.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

We like that every job we do is in a different place and we always get to meet new people. When the job is complete the feeling of accomplishment is like no other. Our favorite thing is that the customer gets to see what he or she wanted and nothing less.

Question and answer

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. We decided to get into this line of work because it was a passion of our grandfather's to design and build homes for his own family and others as well. As kids we always wanted to improve our community and make it beautiful. There is really no better way to do that than to be a contractor.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Most commonly our jobs consist of decking, tile backdrops in kitchens and bathrooms, and siding.

Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A. A recent job we can say we are most proud of is a 750 square foot deck.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. We would always advise a customer to go with their gut feeling. Along with some research on the business in question, their instincts should always help guide the way. If a customer as a bad feeling about a contractor, it's more than likely for a good reason.
