We are in the process of selling our home in NC and have moved to another state. Even though I was not there to supervise or meet with Kristin face to face, she treated me like a premium customer. She gave me a prompt quote; followed up with me immediately; was always easy to reach and chat with; she worked with my realtor in a professional and punctual manner; she arrived on the date specified on time; she did a stellar job cleaning my home from top to bottom; she made sure all my questions and directives were answered; and she gave me an invoice promptly. She was cheerful and enthusiastic to work with (and even impressed my realtor who sees hundreds of cleaning crews a year) and she did much more work for much less money than 99% of the companies out there. It relaxed me greatly to know that my home was in good hands even though I was a five-hour drive away. I do not have enough good things to say about Kristin, her company or her work ethic. I would not hesitate to use her again if our home needs touch-ups or to another home owner for cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you, Kristin!

I had Kleen Queen clean my home last week and I was thrilled with the job Kristin did. My husband and I and our 2 dogs moved into an older home recently and Kristin's attention to detail and hard work made a huge impact on our home! We have 2 dogs that shed and you wouldn't know we had dogs if you came after she cleaned! It was so wonderful to come home to such a clean home! We now have them coming every other week:)

Kristin ia beyond professional. I was out of town when she cleaned this week, and when I got home I was completely shocker out just how great of a job she did! If you're looking for house cleaning, by far, Kleen Queen is your only choice!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have recently cleaned a house to prepare for sale through a local realtor. The home was on the market for 3 business days and received two offers! The realtor was very pleased with my work and credits the clean home as one reason the home sold so quickly!
