What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For portraits i require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold the spot. This includes 10 images via download online with the option to purchase additional images. You can order prints separately. Images will be sent to you via gallery online and you can download the images.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to talk or meet about what they expect for the event and type of shots they like or any ideas they have for the session or the wedding.
