- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General clean which is basic dust, vacuum, bathrooms, & kitchen is anywhere from $60-$100 depending on the size of the house. Baseboards, Windows, Blinds, & Light Fixtures are considered extra unless it's a move in or out. I will do laundry for an extra fee. I will also change bed linens or make up beds per request. Cleaning inside refrigerator and/or oven is extra unless it's a move in or out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what it is that they are wanting cleaned. Some customers like for certain areas of their home to be focused on more than others. I'm very easy to get along with & try to keep my customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning houses since 2003. I've recently left a cleaning company I worked for & would love to grow my business.
