- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system for East Coast Cleaning Service: -East Coast Cleaning Service charges $25/hr or a set price depending on the needs of your home. I make an appointment with you to come take a look at your home and discuss with you the cleaning needs. I then give you a price on the cleaning of your home on the same day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have about 25-30 houses a month all residential homes. Most are set on a weekly, and bi-weekly schedule. But I do have a few monthly and some that call me when they would like for me to come and clean.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure when you hire a house cleaner that they are fully insured and bonded and ask for references.
