- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I just try to help people out in hard times. That way their not falling to those that are out there mis treating home owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to their ideal and thoughts. Then I explain to them thru a step process in which they will understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from my father, and uncle which did it all their lives. They always treated every customer like they family.
