- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the square foot on most projects, we can also work on a time and material based agreement. we offer military discount also senior citizen discounting for the community. 10% on labor only costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is simply meeting with our client discussing the details of his/her project. We then firm up a scope and price, From there we set a date and begin and locate and move materials to the site for construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are water/vapor free barrier certified, tile installer certified, as well as mold inspection/remediation certified.
