My daughter and I took Tabby’s CPR and FirstAid class. We both had taken the class before in a larger setting. However, we got more hands on experience with Tabby and feel so much more confident to perform CPR and firstaid if the need arises.

Miss Tabby was amazing ! I loved her class I needed my CPR certification renewed she came to my home which I loved because it took away the hassle of having to leave my house and going across town. Her instructions were clear and she used scenarios to really help you succeed. She was very encouraging and knowledgeable answered any and all questions that I had. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know in need of CPR certification. She even included my little one in the pictures at the end of the class and was so warm and welcoming to her Thank You Miss Tabby!❤️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will also accept checks from businesses as a form of payment in addition to cash or Venmo. My fees are competitive and based on the class being taught and the number of students participating. The cost of the class covers all instruction, materials, testing, and a course completion E-card issued by the American Heart Association. There is never an additional charge for traveling outside of the Charlotte, NC area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is very important. I try to get as much information as possible to cater a class specific to the needs of my customers. I want my customers to be comfortable and understand that my goal is to provide them with the best education possible. I am patient and will work with individuals as long as it takes for them to feel confident in their ability to provide quality CPR to adults, children, and infants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an instructor for over 30 years and know the importance of being a good communicator and listener. I am certified through the American Heart Association and maintain their high standards for quality instruction.
