Our process with new customers starts with a quick conversation to understand their goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we’ll visit the property if needed to assess the project in person and discuss options. Once we agree on the scope of work, we provide a clear estimate and timeline before getting started. Throughout the project, we keep communication open, provide updates, and make sure the customer is satisfied with each stage of the work. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Life's better when everyone is happy with the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got our start in this line of work through hands-on experience with family. We took care of our own properties and often helped friends and neighbors with their maintenance and repair projects. There was a strong focus on carpentry, along with some foundational plumbing and electrical work. Over time, that experience developed into a solid understanding of home improvement and craftsmanship — eventually leading us to offer those same reliable services professionally.
