The Story Behind Mighty Bright Electric When I moved from Washington State to North Carolina in 2022, I came here with years of hands-on experience and a simple approach to electrical work: do the job right, treat people fairly, and never leave a customer with something I wouldn’t feel comfortable having in my own home. Since coming to the Charlotte area, I’ve had the opportunity to work in homes, condos, apartment communities, HOAs, and businesses throughout the area. I’ve handled everything from everyday electrical repairs to difficult troubleshooting problems that others couldn’t seem to figure out. My experience includes electrical panels and service equipment, generators, lighting, dedicated circuits, hot tubs and spas, pool equipment, EV chargers, surge protection, exterior and security lighting, electrical safety inspections, storm-damage repairs, and much more. Some of the work I’m most proud of isn’t necessarily the biggest job. It’s finding an electrical problem that has been frustrating a homeowner for months, identifying a potential safety issue before it becomes something serious, or getting a generator operating properly so a family knows they have backup power when the next storm comes through. Over the years, working closely with homeowners and property managers taught me something important: people aren’t just looking for an electrician—they’re looking for someone they can trust in their home. That is one of the reasons I started Mighty Bright Electric. I wanted to build a local electrical company around the way I believe customers should be treated. That means showing up, listening to the customer, troubleshooting before guessing, explaining what I find, providing honest options, and taking pride in the finished work. I also believe the little things matter—keeping the work area clean, respecting someone’s property, paying attention to details, and never cutting corners just because something won’t be seen after the job is finished. Mighty Bright Electric may be a growing local business, but the experience behind it comes from years of solving real electrical problems throughout this community.
