I canceled him and less than 48 hours I call him back to let him know that I will need him and his services, he took like 2 days to answered me back and said that he already had plans, so I asked him if he knows someone else and never reached me back.

To Whom It May Concern,
It is disheartening to find out this morning that this individual has spoke these words about me. I am sorry that with her cancellation I had other opportunities present themselves. Yes, it did take me two days to respond back but family issues with my mother's cancer prohibited me to do so. When I did respond back to say that I could not do the ceremony she told me that she understood. As for the text message about her asking if I could suggest someone else, I did respond back. I am not sure why she did not receive that text.
Regretfully, I am sorry that I could not do the upcoming ceremony however I am also sorry that there has to be this exchange to possible taint my future opportunities.
