The smart thermostat installation went remarkably well. Gary arrived timely despite the unpleasant rainy weather. As an added touch of professionalism he ensured the fitting of the new thermostat looked good, cleaned up debris left from the old thermostat, checked to make sure everything worked and helped with application/thermostat communication.

As far as vendors working on our remodel T&S we’re the easiest to work with. Handled all the paperwork from permits to rebate (rebate check received) removed a 1940’s furnace and replaced with a high efficiency unit and A/C. Without question I would hire again. I highly recommend you give them your business. If anyone wants to speak to me regarding his work I would be more than happy to provide a detailed reference. Just reach out to them and ask.

Re: replaced two Bathroom fans, installed R8 insulated ductworks and two new roof vents. Craig was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions by email, text And in person when he got to the house. He showed up on time. He explained everything. His estimate was very competitive. He is very professional and easy to work with. He did an outstanding job. We definitely would recommend him and his company and will Hire him gain for a few future HVAC related Projects.     Modern Home Services offers very competitive prices on quality furnaces,boilers and air conditioners. We use flat rate pricing on all service and repairs so there are no surprises at the end of the job.

    We schedule a time and date that is convenient for the customer. Estimates for new installations and replacements are always free.
