- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our regular rate is $70 for the 1st hour and $60 for each next hour. If a job takes more than 5 hours we will provide more discount. We also give free estimates for bigger projects like painting and others. We accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, cheque.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get a lead we try to contact the customer to discuss the details and then we either set up an appointment to do the job or give an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The handymen have been involved in construction and repairs for about 17 years.
