Wellness Lab provides ONLINE weight loss coaching based on holistic lifestyle changes; it’s a one-stop shop for improving your weight, energy, and health. Each program is built from the ground up, and is tailored to meet the unique goals, abilities, and situation of each individual.

There are 5 main parts to the Transformation program with guaranteed results:
1. THE COMPLETE LIFESTYLE ANALYSIS. This is where my team & I do a deep-dive into your lifestyle so we can uproot everything you're doing badly. Each time we do this, we find poor practices our clients aren't even aware of.
2. THE MEAL PLAN. During our starter call you tell us about the foods you like/dislike, your cooking abilities, and everything else I need to know about you. From here we put together an easy to follow meal plan based on your preferences and give you dietary guidelines you can use if you wanted to go OFF of the meal plan or eat at restaurants. Our goal with the meal plan is to put together something that doesn't feel like a "diet" and helps you stay lean for a lifetime. As you know, this part is crucial in reducing body fat percentage and toning up.
3. THE WORKOUT PROGRAM. During our starter call we talk about the equipment that's available to you whether it's at home or at the gym, any previous injuries, movements that are difficult for you, exercises you enjoy, etc...
From here we put together a custom workout plan that you'll be able to see on our app and click "start" when you're ready to begin the workout. You can input the weights and reps you do for each workout, link your Apple Watch or Fitbit, and we track your steps, caloric burn, and other metrics. These workouts are what'll help you develop more of that desired "sculpted" physique.
4. THE RECOVERY OPTIMIZATION. We’ll discuss how you sleep, how you handle stress, your morning and night routines so we could make tweaks that drastically improve your energy. For those times that life gets too busy, we’ll also teach you how to employ active recovery strategies so you can always show up as your best.
5. THE CONSTANT COMMUNICATION FROM ME. We stay in constant communication and I adjust your program as often as needed to make sure you stay on track to hit your goals while being available 24/7 to answer any questions/concerns. I'm there when you have down days to keep you in line and put my paycheck on the line when it comes to getting you results. I'm truly your full-time fitness coach and will do whatever it takes to help you become happy with your body.
