- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FOR MOVING - Our prices are $45/hr per mover - Three-hour minimum. (exceptions are made) - Truck Rental $70-100 (varies on mileage and day) - This includes supplies that are needed per job: shrink wrap, hand trucks, assembly/disassembly. FOR PACKING/UNPACKING - $45/hr per packer FOR JUNK HAULING - $125 per truckload - $250 for 2-3 truck loads + 20/hr per laborer on site. -exceptions are made! DISCOUNTS (only for moving services) - 10% off for military and non-profits
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FOR MOVING - Let's get on the phone! I want your move to be simple. Smooth moves are made by great planning. The bigger your move the more planning is necessary. I like to get a visual from pictures, facetime or an in-person walk-through. FOR JUNK-HAULING - A picture and description of what needs to be hauled off is about all I need to give you a quote and come pick it up!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work for a large moving company. This helped me learn how to move furniture and pack properly on the truck. Moving is usually pretty simple, just takes time and hard work. The hard part is finding quality and sensible workers. The men and women I hire must have good character and a strong work ethic. And we treat your belongings as if they were our own!
