Tom and his crew did great work identifying the issues, explaining and knocking out the work. They went the extra mile, very much appreciated. Very pleased with Tom and his guys, they will be my 1st call for any further work needed on our roof.

They did a great job! We had a patch of missing shingles that was starting to cause problems. We reached out to Top Flite Roofing for an estimate. Tom was quick to respond and was very professional. He answered all my questions and was incredibly responsive. In fact, the very next day Marcos came out to do the repair. While he was up there he also identified and fixed the other items that we had not seen. We were very impressed with the final results and were incredibly grateful for their quick response and the identification and fixing of problem areas. We will definitely be using them again whenever we need roof maintenance. Thank you Tom and Marcos!

From the consultation and explaining how the home insurance works, to the completion of the roof Tom was great with me for being a first time roof buyer. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all and made sure my wife and I knew what our options were and what to expect. The roof turned out great and we are very happy with the roof. We work directly with the insurance company. All of our work is completed "Per insurance company summary." No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We (or the insurance company) inspect the property and determine the scope of work. Enter an agreement with the homeowner for the work to be preformed and the cost associated with it . File any paperwork required by the mortgage/ insurance company. Complete all the work to code, collect payment, and everyone walks away happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner and project manager have certificate of OSHA safety standard completion. Owners have over 20 years combined roofing experience. Roofing crew 20 plus years experience.
