Received a fair quote, and after comparing it to 4 other quotes, went with Top Flight. Glad I did. Thom provided a great crew. The first was a 2 man crew that repaired my soffit problems. They did an excellent job, replacing rotted soffit and trip. Kept me informed and in the loop on their progress. Following the repairs, they painted the whole soffit and surrounding trim. Great job! On Monday morning the roofing crew arrived at 7:15. By 4 p.m. they had removed the old shingles, replaced damaged roofing panels, and installed 32 squares of new shingles, including a new ridge line vent system. Very professional job. All trash and loose bits were cleaned up, and everything is great looking. I am very pleased. Price was fair and I feel a great value.

We work directly with the insurance company. All of our work is completed "Per insurance company summary." No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We (or the insurance company) inspect the property and determine the scope of work. Enter an agreement with the homeowner for the work to be preformed and the cost associated with it . File any paperwork required by the mortgage/ insurance company. Complete all the work to code, collect payment, and everyone walks away happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner and project manager have certificate of OSHA safety standard completion. Owners have over 20 years combined roofing experience. Roofing crew 20 plus years experience.
