We noticed what appeared to be rotting crown molding. When 1-800-water damage came out they found it was due to mildew in the walls from improper weather proofing on the outside of the house. Not only did they kill and get rid of the mildew but put us in touch with the proper channels to get the weather proofing fixed. 100% would recommend again.

We noticed a leak coming through our walls from our attic. We called at 11:30 PM and Chuck came out, helped us to identify the leak and access the damage. He came back the next morning, accessed the damage again and started to work setting up all that needed to be done to dry out our walls. He was professional, courteous, very detail oriented, explained and answered any question we had, cleaned up as he did the work, and treated our house as he would want his to be treated. No one wants to deal with the aftermath of a leak, but I would 100% recommend Chuck Stafford to take care of your home should a leak occur!

What could have been extensive drywall repair turned out to be much smaller with the use of our tools to help expedite the drying process.

We had water damage from the attic to the first floor ceiling from poor air conditioner outflow. Chuck was quick to assess the damage and the repairs are just like it never happened. He was very meticulous and thorough. Working with Homeowners insurance and Chuck was very hassle free. Thank you!
