I only use ECO Friendly products on your Home, Office, Yachts, RV I have been in business a little over 10 years and cleaning homes and in medical field and strive to be the very best in my business. Michelle and Tammy went above and beyond what I could have expected! My husband had passed away recently, and the funeral was in two days. I needed the place cleaned for family visitation. There's things you would expect a house cleaner to perform, vacuuming, dusting, wood, bathrooms, but she and Tammy did more than that. They managed to remove grease and grime that I couldn't get off since we moved there. They changed sheets and washed dishes knowing I was depressed. They removed the scratches on the walls and doors from when my spouse struggled in his illness. They even offered to take his used shoes and clothes to donation for me so the burden wouldn't be so emotionally great, and followed up with me after the funeral to pick them up with no cost to me. They were honest, understanding, and diligent with everything, and I couldn't thank them enough for their support in my difficult time. I am calling Michelle before any other when I need help again.

Great attention to detail. I could tell that pleasing the customer is at the very top of Michelle's list of "must do's." I was very pleased, immediately scheduled our next cleaning. Many housecleaners startout strong, only to fade over time. I will write a follow-up in 6 to 12 months. If Michelle is consistent with the level of attention she provided during her initial cleaning, my search for a housecleaner has come to a successful conclusion.

Michelle and her team did a great job! My kitchen was cleaner than when I moved in. They even cleaned all the screens and window tracks and got the gout in the bathrooms back to bright white!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 People 3 Hours $180 for first 3 hours $60 dollars each additional hour 3 People 3 Hours $270 for first 3 hours $90 dollars each additional hour My time is rounded off to the nearest hour I do not do minutes. I believe that a cleaner can Always find something to do in the home to bring it to precise hour. And will also do it at Square Footage Deep Cleans are .50 a Square foot for Organizing and Deep Cleaning, .30 for only Deep Cleaning to include Windows, Walls, Baseboards and Everything in Between, Surface Cleaning is just what you see but my surface cleans are phenomenal😊❤ Message me and you will see how BEAUTIFUL YOUR HOME CAN BE!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Recommend a Professional Deep Cleaning of Home then maintenance every week to 2 weeks deeping on how many pets and condition of home. Some homes may require 2 Deep Cleanings then a Maintance. Will discuss with Client after first Cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a Home Health Aide at age 19 then licensed CNA and working as Hospice Nurse where I Cared for my patient, sat with my patient and was there to take care of all needs they couldn't plus some 😊 Took care of ALL their needs.
