- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to match your budget and we don't have a fixed hourly or daily rate. The cost varies based on the level of detail that is required for the project and it needs to be mutually agreed upon and so we are open to all offers. If you are a charity then we will apply a 10% discount on the agreed rate at the completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first point of contact, through phone or email, should give a brief overview of the goals and vision you would like us to match. We can then arrange an audio or video call to discuss this in detail or whatever method of communication works best for you. Then we can get a better idea of your budget, timeline and deliverables.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Individually we have been making motion graphics since for around 10 years and in 2023 we started a Canadian motion graphics company which has now expanded into the US.
