I had my fridge serviced by this company, and while the repair unfortunately didn’t end up working out, I was very impressed with their professionalism. AJ stayed in touch with me throughout the process, gave me clear updates, and when it became clear the issue couldn’t be fixed, they refunded me my cost promptly. AJ was honest and felt like he was on my side. It’s rare to find a company that values honesty and good communication as much as they do. I wasn't quite sure how to open the icebox on my fridge. It had been sitting for a while and needed to be cleaned out before adding the new filter. JAK appliance did a really good job cleaning it out for me and checked to make sure all was working properly when the new filter was installed.
