Trying to plan a wedding from 3,000 miles away was stressful. The moment I spoke with Susan, that stress went away. She was very helpful from start to finish, even offering to help if I went with another caterer. She worked with me on menu, set up plans for the day, and helped to organize locations since I was having an outdoor wedding with no kitchen.
Susan went above and beyond what we had talked about the day of, making sure I did not have to worry about anything. The food was amazing, and I am still receiving compliments about it. I would not hesitate to use Susan again, and I would highly recommend her services.

Right from the start Sue was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to my questions as I was deciding on who to cater my daughter's wedding. Her confidence and accommodating manner won me over and I decided to go with Roosterdoodles for the big day. The selections to choose from for my menu were incredible. There was so much to choose from. I was able to choose just the perfect mix of food for the guests we were having. She made a trip to Clifton Park to meet me, see the venue,and offereed suggestions as to the table set up, etc. AS we neared the day, she responded with confirmations and asked if there was anything else she could help me with, like the cake and favors. I described the cake I was looking for and she said she could do anything. I decided to go with her for it, so she did everything. IShe offered some suggestions I did not want and I was very specific about what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted. On the wedding day, she arrived with a small crew and delivered. She called to let me know exactly when she would be arriving and was on time. She and her crew worked the whole event, tending to the buffet and preparing the dessert table and clearing the buffet food. The presentation was gorgeous for everything, very classy. The mediterranean platter was unbelievable. The beef brisket was so tender, not tough like you often get with large quantities. The chicken was also incredibly tender and juicy, just perfect. The flavors of her sauces were mouth watering and obviously home made. The food was delicious. Everyone at my table all ask who catered. THey said it was the best wedding food they ever had. One guest said he rarely saw the quality of food that we had and he is global traveler by trade. Later that day and even the next two days, as I ran into friends and family, everyone commented on how amazing the food was. Some attended a wedding at a very popular country club in the area and they all agreed that my wedding was superior, both in the event itself and in the food. Susan's price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the food was out of this world. The cake was something like I had seen on pinterest. It was exactly what I wanted, even better! I will definately use Susan again. I can't wait to taste her other dishes. I may even make a trip to Cairo to visit her cafe. I know it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend Roosterdoodles for your event. You won't regret it!

I can't say enough about Roosterdoodle. Susan catered a baby shower for my daughter last Sunday. Everything was perfect. Susan is very professional and a pleasure to work with. All the food was delicious and generous quantities and delivered right on time. All of my guests were raving about how delicious everything was. She also made a beautiful cake it was not only beautifully decorated on the outside but moist and delicious on the inside. Susan was also very quick to respond to emails if i had a question or concern. I would and will recommend Roosterdoodle to anyone interested in a wonderful experience and delicious food.

Roosterdoodles catered my parents 50th wedding Anniversary and I can't even find good enough words to describe how great the entire experience was to have worked with them. They were kind and professional from the moment I met with them all the way up until they finished my event. The food they prepared was over the moon delicious and presented with so much care and personal touches. My guests kept asking who the caterer was. After this whole experience they feel like family to me and I will use them for every special event I have!!!! A huge THANK YOU and a round of applause to the lovely Donato's!!!!!!!��

My event isn't until May, but I booked Susan and her team for my husbands 30th Birthday Party. Susan had some great ideas and was very open to any ideas that I had as well. I have nothing but trust that the food at his birthday party will be amazing.
