Everything was done in a timely manner, he showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly, and stayed on budget from start to finish. On top of the excellent craftsmanship, he was courteous and respectful in our home (even with our two unruly dogs!) and I always felt completely comfortable and at ease, even while my husband was out of town.
