I ONLY ASSEMBLE AND INSTALL SPRINGFREE TRAMPOLINES.
For some years, when you called the toll-free number on the box I was the person sent by the company to assemble Springfree Trampolines in the Charlotte metropolitan area. I have assembled hundreds over years.
I charge a flat fee of $125. I work on a cash-only basis, no apps please.
I will :
- Move all boxes from where they are to the assembly site
- Assemble any Springfree model plus all accessories
- Check and guarantee assembly workmanship
- Break down boxes and packaging and put them in your recycling
Springfree trampolines are great products but are notoriously tricky to assemble properly. As each component conducts the energy of use to other components, mis-assembly will destroy the trampoline over time.
I also provide moving services for this product. If you are moving out of the area, I will disassemble and organize for your movers. If you are moving to a new location within the Charlotte metro area, I will disassemble, transport and reassemble.
Again, I only service Springfree Trampolines. I cannot provide services for any other brand or any other play equipment. Job providers are billed when a client contacts them through the Thumbtack platform. Please do not ask for an exception as it will only cause me to get billed for a job I cannot do. John installed water filtration system which was a tedious task yet he did it with a lot of patience and made sure everything was installed correctly.
Would definitely recommend John to my friends and would look forward to have John work on future projects based on his availability.

John was great! He takes great pride in his work and didn't rest until I was completely satisfied. He went over and beyond, made suggestions and made sure my shelves were installed correctly. He even helped me put my clothes back on the racks and put my boxes back on the top shelves to make sure the shelves were nice and strong and didn't collapse. He moved the shelves up higher than they originally were which has been awesome - I feel like I had a closet make-over! 😊 I will definitely use him again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a saying, "Cheap labor is never skilled; Skilled labor is never cheap" but that does not mean the sky is the limit! I price fairly so that I can pay the bills and have gas to go home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want a new customer to know that I understand what they need done and I do this by asking questions. My clients always know I have heard and understood and I can then offer my recommendation on what can be done. Only with communication can there be trust.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My resume stands in three dimensions in brick, stone and glass all around the Charlotte area. I have a lifetime of hands-on home repair and restoration starting in boyhood. I am a practicing architectural sculptor, renovator, and landlord. I have received a certificate for solar installations.
