Victory Solutions is a great company to work with no matter what service is provided. Actually all 5 qualities should be selected, but unfortunately only 3 could be selected. Not only are they punctual but they also keep you updated on the status of the repair(s). If work takes longer than 1 day, they clean up the area(s) completely to where you couldn't tell they were even there. When the job is completed they leave the area(s) actually cleaner than when they arrived. I feel lucky that I found such a wonderful company to work with. I highly recommend Victory Solutions!!!

My experience with Victory Solutions LLC was excellent, so I am more than happy to leave a positive review. Paul helped us complete a handful of small scale projects around the house. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. Would highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional. I confirmed with Paul on 11/14 for an 11/15 service. I re-confirmed on the morning of 11/15 because he didn’t seem confident in the appointment time during our call. He confirmed the morning of 11/15. He then texts a couple hours later to cancel the appointment and reschedule for next week? Do yourself a favor, book elsewhere if you value your time and desire a quality customer service experience.

There are times when a job doesn't go quite as planned. In this particular case, there had been a scheduling conflict, an issue on my end. I fully understand the amout of frustration that this can lead my clients to experience. However rare the occurence, sometimes mine or my cleints schedules can get mixed up. The most reasonable thing to do would be to find a solution, to reschedule the work. After Deon relayed her frustration to me, and very quickly made it a point to leave a poor review, I sincerely apologized, explained my situation, and offered to reschedule for a discounted rate. I deeply regret that Deon feels poorly about the customer experience that she recieved. I only hope that my future cleints are both more understanding and more reasonable.
