- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our program - which we base on your financial situation. It doesn't make sense to charge someone tons of money when they're trying to pay off debt and save. We base our models on affordability based on situations to find something that will actually help our clients get ahead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step #1: Get on a call with us or a member of our team, to better learn about your situation and our process. Step #2: Determine if it makes sense to work together Step #3: If yes, we'll give you access to our online courses, set a weekly time to work together to keep you accountable, and stick with you until you don't need us anymore.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a regular guy who made a bunch of dumb money mistakes and had to learn how to get out of it. (We ended up paying off $20,000 of debt in six months as college students.) Since then, we've taught over 1000 people the systems we used to get out of debt, save a six-month emergency fund, buy a house, and invest.
