FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and reflects the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer detailed estimates upfront with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat clients. We strive to provide transparent and fair pricing, ensuring that each customer gets the best value for their investment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start by meeting with the customer to understand their project needs, preferences, and budget. This may include an on-site visit for accurate assessments. Detailed Estimate: After the consultation, we provide a thorough, itemized estimate, outlining all costs for materials, labor, and any additional services. Project Planning: Once the estimate is approved, we develop a clear project timeline, setting expectations for each phase of the work. Execution: Our skilled team begins work, adhering to the agreed-upon timeline and maintaining open communication with the customer throughout the project. Quality Checks: We ensure each stage of the project meets our high standards. The customer is involved in reviewing the work as it progresses. Final Walkthrough: Once the project is completed, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything meets their satisfaction. Post-Project Follow-up: We follow up with the customer after completion to ensure they are happy with the results and address any concerns.
