- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers first. The most important part is developing relationships with our customers. We then take a look at the work that needs to be done. After that, we determine an action plan and discuss pricing. Once the project is complete we make sure we keep in touch with our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up my Grandpa and my Dad were both successful general contractors. I fell in love with the satisfaction of a completed project. Seeing the smile on a customers face when the job exceeds their expectations is very gratifying.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide range of customers. Our services are for everybody and every income status. At Rugged Design we understand that "Life Happens". That is why every customer receives a pricing plan custom to them.
