Had a wonderful experience with working with Ultimate Remodeling. I wanted to have an awning built across my driveway attached to my house to park my car under. Tony came out and took measurements and sent me an estimate. A fair estimate. He answered all my questions, did not rush me, was patient and kind. Lathan came out and installed my awning and did a great job. I am very pleased with the results. We take 50% deposits on smaller jobs up front, anything over $10,000 requires a draw schedule.
