Ben came out and rekeyed 5 locks for me so that they all work with the same key. He solved some problems and honored his quote. This was after a few weeks ago he made a replacement key for my minivan.

I called around 6am when I left the gym and after I called 3 different places. I got in contact with someone at Premier Locksmith. He came out earlier then expected and his customer service was top notch. He did the job in a timely manner and I got the kids to school on time. I called Premier Locksmith to assist me with a key fob that was misplaced on a Saturday night. They let me know that they could assist me and I made an appointment for the next morning. Luckily, my son found my key fob and no assistance was needed. Premier did call me promptly the next morning to remind me of the appointment. In my excitement, I completely forgot to call them back but was thankful that I could get help if I needed it, even on a Sunday! Or I could just get an AirTag and a spare key fob! Happy New Year everyone
