I can't say how happy I am with Kim and Paws at the Lake. I am new to the are and had to go out of town suddenly. I have two large dogs and didn't want to board them. I called another service and they wouldn't even watch my dogs. They said they were to big. I called Kim and she came out the same day to meet with me and the dogs. They absolutely loved her. While I was gone she took great care of them. She even texted me pictures.

We have only used this service for one weekend, so will not rate 5 stars, but so far, so good. Kim seems to run her operation very professionally (you can tell she is actually running this like a business and not just a side job, or just a way to make a little extra money). My wife liked that she sent pictures (via text message) of our dogs while she was visiting/feeding. So far, so good and we will use Paws at the Lake again.

My next door neighbor uses this service too. When Kim pulls in my neighbor’s driveway, my dog runs to her so excited to see her! Kim is very reliable and always makes herself available to accommodate our needs.
