* Roof Restoration
Eastern Roof Technologies take great care to protect your home during your roof replacement and provide excellent customer service during and after your roof restoration. We will also assist you in filing the paperwork to make sure the products we install are registered with the manufacturer.
What we do when we replace your roof? They are as follows:
- Protect landscaping with tarp prior to beginning work
- Tear off your existing roof down to the wood sheathing and remove from jobsite
- Inspect for rotten wood and replace any rotten wood sheathing and renail any loose sheathing
- Install felt paper on the entire roof surface
- Install ice and water shield
- Install the shingles you select per the manufacturer's installation instructions (to maintain you manufacturer's warranty)
- Replace attic ventilation (turtle vents, power attic vents and/or ridge vent)
- Replace plumbing pipe flashings
- Replace any and all flashings on brick veneer surfaces
- Recondition or replace (if required) furnace vent flashing
- Leave you with a brand-new beautiful roof, a 10-year labor warranty and peace of mind
* Roof Repair
We realize that sometimes you don't need a roof replacement or you may not be able to afford a roof replacement. Roof repairs can also maintain the integrity and safety of your home.
What we do when we repair you roof? They are as follows:
- Remove and replace any shingles indicated in your estimate
- Remove and replace any plumbing pipe flashings indicated in your estimate
- Remove and replace any ridge vent or ridge cap shingles indicated in your estimate
- Remove and replace any flashings indicated in your estimate
We also offer emergency tarp installations.
* Roof Maintenance
One way to increase the life of your current roof system is maintenance. Roof maintenance includes gutter cleaning, flashing inspections and resealing and replacing cracked plumbing flashings. These are all the causes of water intrusion, which can cause your wood sheathing to rot and water to leak into your roof system all the way to you ceilings and walls. Even a minor leak can cause serious damage to your roof system as well as your home's interior.
* Gutters
Eastern Roof Technologies offers gutter repairs, cleaning and gutter replacement. We install premium seamless 5" and 6" gutters. Our gutter systems are installed with custom 45-degree corners. We also install several types of gutter protection.
What we do when we install your gutters? They are as follows:
- Take great care to work around your landscaping and protect the exterior of your home
- Remove your existing gutter system and haul away for disposal
- Install new seamless gutters and gutter protection
