Reached out after a some bad wind and rain a few weeks ago. Hermetic cape out, looked at our roof. Gave us feedback and photos of the issue. They were able to put a tarp on the same day. We ending up replacing the roof. The project was done professional and showed us photos and explained everything along the way.

Hermetic was very helpful with my insurance claim. At first they only wanted to do a repair. Tray schedule a time to meet with my insurance adjuster and a few weeks later we had a new roof!
Really nice young man, the crew was very neat and clean. The new roof looks great.
It’s good to see a local company taking care of locals. Would highly recommend

Tray and his team did an awesome job refinishing our exterior roof. They got the job done in a timely fashion and were professional. We also worked with him for the interior roof as well. The team he subcontracted was subpar. Part of the team never showed up on time. The subcontracted team also had to come back several times to fix issues. This was not a good reflection for the company. We would rehire Hermetic Roofing for future services as long as the subcontractor is not involved.

I reached out to Hermetic Roofing to take a look at a leak that I had. Tray came out the same day and tarped it. A few weeks later they did a full roof replacement and I love my new roof. I highly recommend Hermetic Roofing the job was done in a timely manner and they stayed in contact with me letting me know when material was ordered and when it would be delivered to my home.
