We do not have to get a third party to draw the homeplans. We do not believe in Superintendents. The Builders personally manage the jobsite. We have our own framing, siding, painting, and trim crews. No waiting for "subcontractors". Creating unique homes that bring out the personality of the homeowners. Every house has a personality, you just have to find it during construction. I do not build cookie cutter. I like to work with the homeowners to create a unique home. I love to provide people with their Dream Home. I have always enjoyed designing and building. My engineering background allows me to see how changes affect the structure of the home. I love getting creative to build something people don't see everywhere. Every home has its own personality. I enjoy the search to obtain it.
