An excellent service call. I was prepared for a condensate line replacement but he went over the system thoroughly and saw no signs that a new line was needed. He did a good cleaning and advised periodic cleaning. His charge was too low!! If you have HVAC issue that involves both HVAC and plumbing, he is trained in both so no finger pointing!!
