- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Harrison's Plumbing, we believe in honest, straightforward pricing. We don't charge a diagnosis fee to assess your problem. Once we evaluate the issue, we provide a flat-rate price before any work begins. This means the price we quote is the price you pay, absolutely no hidden fees or surprise hourly charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and efficient! When you first contact me, I will typically give you a rough price estimate right off the bat for standard jobs. Then, I’ll share my current availability so you can pick a time that fits your schedule, and we can get your plumbing issue resolved as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise comes from years of hands-on experience solving real plumbing problems in the field. I hold a P-I Plumbing License, which is the top tier of state certification. Earning this license requires a deep understanding of state plumbing codes, rigorous testing, and proven field experience. This means I am fully qualified, legally licensed, and highly trained to handle your plumbing issues safely and correctly.
