- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have standard pricing. We understand that every client is in a different situation or that they don't have the same needs as someone else. We don't find it to be fair to charge clients the same price when the circumstances are more than likely different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is talking with client for about 15-20 minutes to find out more about them, their family, and their financial needs. Everything or nothing can start with a 15 minute conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always fulfilling my personal and regulated education requirements because I believe in self-development and growing as a person daily. I'm constantly learning and I believe that I can learn something new everyday.
