Airmage Media Productions did a wonderful job photographing my apt. I had just moved here from another state and friends there were clamoring for photos of my new home. Shaun Deardorff was great to work with. He made scheduling easy and arrived on time. He explained everything and the photoshoot went well. I am pleased with the results and totally would use Shaun again. His fees are very reasonable.Also, he befriended my cat. She is a great judge of character !!

Shaun was absolutely wonderful to work with! From start to finish, he was extremely professional and motivated. Throughout our 2-day conference, he stayed in constant communication to ensure he was capturing exactly what we needed. The event took place in a hotel meeting space, which had some darker areas, but Shaun handled the lighting challenges expertly. The quality of both the video and photos was exceptional despite the limited light.
He delivered the final files in a well-organized format, making it incredibly easy to review everything. The rest of our team was equally impressed with Shaun’s on-site performance. I would highly recommend his video and photo services to anyone looking for a reliable and talented professional for their event!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often offer photo and video bundles and packages depending on what the customer would like!
There is usually a fixed fee for different photo/video packages, and then an additional hourly fee that includes on-site time, preparation, equipment usage, post-processing, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Touch base with the customer via phone or email to see what the needs are, then confirm details and sign a client service agreement. A date is then set and the services are performed. Editing/post-processing is then performed and the deliverables are returned within the specified timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Courses in Photography, Videography, Cinematography, as well as aerial operations, among others, and FAA Commercial UAV Pilots License.
