Our washer was making a really bad grinding noise. Inquired and they came the very next morning. The agitator was causing the issue and they explained everything as to why it was doing that, fixed the issue right away, and price was so reasonable. Put the first load in and no noise. Highly recommend this company. Super knowledgeable, honest, professional, and efficient.

Great knowledge, punctuality and communication. I had a different “company” come out prior to them who simply looked at my appliance and told me it was trash and I needed a new one and wanted to charge me $110. This company was knowledgeable, took the dryer apart and ran tests. And their diagnostic was spot in and solved our issue. Highly recommend.

I had a leaky dishwasher, they took it apart to find the issues, explained everything to me, ordered new parts and came back a couple days later to fix. Clean, thorough job, on time and not more than the estimated cost. All in all a good experience and I trust it has been done correctly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call is free if you choose to proceed with the repair. If the appliance is diagnosed but you decide not to continue with the repair, there will be a $79 diagnostic fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you schedule an appointment, we arrive at the scheduled time, diagnose the issue, explain the problem and repair options, and in many cases complete the repair during the same visit. After the repair is completed and everything is tested, payment is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed EPA Universal Certification training and graduated from three separate appliance repair training academies. My training includes diagnosing and repairing washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and other major household appliances.
