I’m keeping Appliance Services of NC’s contact info for future use. I got a response within 2 minutes, we set a date and time, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. He diagnosed my washing machine’s issue easily and even advised me about my fridge while we were chatting. He diagnosed that, too, and didn’t charge extra for that. I’m extremely satisfied with the work.

Loved my experience with Appliance Services of NC!!! They responded to my request within 10 minutes of posting. Based off my pictures that I uploaded they were able to give me an estimate and I purchased the new part myself. The appointment was scheduled for the same day within a couple hours. Ricardo came serviced my washer and was very prompt, polite, and professional might I add. The price was reasonable also 10/10!! I definitely will be contacting them again in the future and I’m recommending them to my family and friends also!!!!
