I highly recommend Superior Repair. I contacted Dexter after 615pm to ask if he can service an 8 year old LG front loading washer, with a possible drain pump problem. Dexter said yes within minutes, and set an appointment for lunch time the next day. He was punctual, gave me a clear explanation of the problem, and an estimate of cost. And he finished the job quickly. Two thumbs up.

Dexter responded quickly to my repair request immediately. He arrived next day to repair my 8.5-year-old Maytag Bravos MCT dryer; he listened to the gritty noise and why it was over-heating. He took the dryer apart, completed an overview of the parts, cleaned it and recommended a maintenance kit (replacing 2-3 parts). Everything took less that 2 hrs. and the value of the service was excellent. Dexter advised me to keep an eye out in case of other noises/malfunctions and that he would return to fix it within the window of the initial service. Dexter was polite, friendly, and easy to talk with. He was able to save me from buying another dryer, for now :) I will recommend Dexter, Superior Repair LLC to friends/family and for future services. Thanks again Dexter! Natasha W.
