Dexter was excellent. Arrived exactly on time, he knew the problem instantly and clearly explained it to me. He mentioned that the parts cost more than half of the cost of a new washer and since our washer is 10 years old, we’d be better off buying a new one. His advice was excellent. Dexter was patient answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him as knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Dexter with Superior Repair was extremely responsive and communicated consistently with the repair job at hand. He had an idea with what the problem was with our washing machine and once confirmed had it repaired quickly. The machine has been working like new since he took care of it. Dexter was very responsive from my initial inquiry to the completion of the work. He replaced an oven door that shattered and even unclogged my dishwasher. He cleaned up thoroughly and removed the boxes and plastic from my kitchen. I’d gladly recommend him and use him again! Thanks, Dexter!
