Contract & Deposit If we agree to move forward, I’ll prepare a service contract outlining scope, pricing, and terms. A deposit is required to secure your event date. 4. Planning Support Each contract includes up to 1 hour of planning communication per 3 hours of event service. This covers coordination, menu planning, sourcing needs, and any pre-event adjustments.
