- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on guest count, hours of service, and event needs. A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Events within 30 days require full payment. Travel fees may apply. Alcohol is always provided by the client per NC law. Custom packages and add-ons are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Submit an inquiry with your event details. We’ll review your needs and may reach out to clarify your vision, guest count, and bar preferences. 2. Custom Quote You’ll receive a personalized quote based on your event size, service hours, and bar selections etc.. 3. Secure Your Date To officially book, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required. Once received, your date is reserved. 4. Event Planning & Details We’ll work with you to finalize all details, including: Bar setup and logistics Drink selections (beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails) Add-ons like signature drinks or drink pouches 5. Final Confirmation Final guest count and event details are confirmed 30 days prior to your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. 6. Event Day Service We arrive early to set up, provide professional bartending service, and keep the drinks flowing so you and your guests can enjoy the celebration. 7. Breakdown & Wrap-Up After service, we handle breakdown and cleanup of the bar area, leaving your space neat and stress-free.

I attended Raleigh's Bartending School where I received my training and ultimately, received my bartending certification.
