FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a flat rate typically unless the vehicle is either difficult to find or not an average vehicle purchase such as high end manufacturers (I.e. Porsche, Mercedes, Land Rover, and Maserati to name a few)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identifying the right vehicle and options that fit into the budget or needs of the customer to make sure that they are happy with all areas of their new or pre-owned vehicle purchase and fully understand the options that are available. Many people may think they know what vehicle may "book right" with lenders and many time I can find a vehicle that will get you much more for the same or less monthly payment or cash price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have primarily worked as a Senior sales associate for Toyota and have managed a showroom and know the financing aspect of both purchases and leases and most importantly the incentives to both the consumer and dealers for vehicle purchases to negotiate the best deal.
