AC Technician Review for Tyler

I had an excellent experience with Tyler, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough!
Tyler came to my home promptly after I made the appointment and immediately made me feel comfortable. He was extremely kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was the way he took the time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain everything clearly. He never rushed through the job or made me feel like I was being talked into unnecessary repairs.
He identified the issue, resolved it efficiently, and now my AC is working perfectly again! 🙌❄️

I am super happy so I am going to write this detailed feedback
Excellent experience. The technician (Tyler) was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest.
He carefully checked the entire AC system and explained exactly what he found. There were a few things he could easily have recommended replacing or repairing, but instead of trying to make money from unnecessary work, he was very transparent that the system was currently operating properly and that he did not have enough evidence to justify replacing parts.
He explained the possible causes of the previous freezing issue, recommended one appropriate correction, and suggested monitoring the system rather than spending money unnecessarily.
It’s refreshing to work with an HVAC technician who prioritizes accurate diagnosis and the customer’s best interest over making a sale. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism and would definitely recommend him.

If I could choose all five choices, then I would. Tyler was thorough with his repair of the AC unit in my house. He laid out all of the levels of repair, their costs, and their benefits. Tyler was available when others were in high demand. The work is so good, I won't need to have tge AC checked until 2028. I'm definitely going to call him to check on my heat in November.
