-Whether you hire ANY company or not, WE ARE CHARGED just to talk to you. We try to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. The more people that message us here or book AND CANCEL, the higher the cost is for ALL our customers.
-Our bookings are ALL 2-3hr arrival times. If you book for 10am we will arrive between 10am-1pm. We are a small operation and have inventory on our truck so we can repair 90% of issues the SAME DAY. If you have elderly that you care for, serious health issues, newborn baby, ill pets or any sensitive matter and need services asap, please let us know that lack of SAME-DAY services could cause extreme hardships. Sometimes we can reach out to other customers and move the schedule around.
***INSTANT BOOK*** - Upon scheduling your INSTANT BOOK, the corresponding Service Call Fee will be charged immediately. Please note, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE as we incur charges from thumbtack regardless of appointment cancellation. The Service Call Fee will be credited towards any same-day repairs. -At our HVAC business, we stand behind every repair and service with a solid guarantee. But what does that mean for you? Simply put, if you encounter the same issue after we've performed a repair, you won't pay a penny for us to return and diagnose it again. Rest assured, this situation arises less than 1% of the time. However, in the rare event that it does, some contractors may keep you waiting for days, or even fail to show up. Not us. We prioritize your comfort and convenience, committing to same-day or within 24-hour service (Monday through Friday). And for emergencies, we're available even on weekends. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
